Mi primera pasión fué la fotografía.

Mi primera gran cámara fué una Olympus OM2. Aprendí a reveler en blanco y negro, a forzar la sensibilidad del carrete para conseguir después con el procesado un resultado que reflejara unas imágenes con grano y constrastadas que fueron llamativas en aquellos años (finales 70 y 80). Me traicionaron los líquidos de revelado y la temeridad que va unida a los años, y tuve que dejar el revelado, por poner en riesgo mi salud).

Unos cuantos años en el mundo de la música (pueblos por España desconocidos para mi hasta ese tiempo), con incursiones en algún negocio y finalmente el mundo de la salud que me llevó a lugares como Tanzania, Isla de Zanzibar, Reino Unido o Indonesia, me permitieron, seguir con mi afición a la fotografía (aún tengo que revisar unas cuantas docenas de diapositivas de mi tiempo en Africa y pasarlas a formato digital, por si pueden resultar, si no interesantes para los demás, si para mi, al reflejar momentos vividos a los que acceder desde la comodidad del ordenador).

Ya en el siglo XXI, entré en la fotografía digital y desde 2007 me instalé en este lugar de encuentro de fotógrafos de todo el mundo. Siempre me ha gustado viajar a otros países, a veces arriesgando el tipo, pero siempre disfrutando del viaje a pié de calle, usando transporte público, comiendo en lugares locales o tomando un té en la calle, con la tranquilidad de saber que el agua hervía durante horas.

My first passion was photography.

My first big camera was an Olympus OM2. A few years in the world of music (towns in Spain unknown to me until that time), with incursions into some business and finally the world of health that took me to places like Tanzania, Zanzibar Island, United Kingdom or Indonesia,they allowed me to continue with my love of photography (I still have to review a few dozen slides from my time in Africa and pass them to digital format, in case they can be, if not interesting for others, interesting for me, to reflect lived moments to access from the comfort of the computer).Already in the XXI century, I entered digital photography and since 2007 I settled in this meeting place for photographers from all over the world. I have always liked to travel to other countries, sometimes risking the type, but always enjoying the trip on the street, using public transport, eating in local places or having tea on the street, with the peace of mind of knowing that the water boiled for hours.Greetings to all.
