I am a self proclaimed Gastro-holic, and I live for food. I am blessed with friends that share the same passion as I do, and a lot of them are in the food industry as well. I am just glad to have chosen a profession where it never feels like a 'JOB'; Cooking/eating/drinking/enjoying life happens to also be my hobby and this site allows me to post photos of my creation, and other shenannigans along the way as well!

Thanx for stopping by!

Madman...magician...artiste...creative genius. He can create the most beautiful of dishes without complicating them and they're mindblowing. Above all, he has ZERO ego and stays true to creating things that first, makes him happy.

Hey! Waddaya Say about Scratch? He's fun - he's fast - he's phenomenal! I follow his foodie pics with devotion. There's always something new and completely different to view. His flickr stream is all about his life, his cooking, all testimony to his zanyness.... having learnt the craft well he cooks with gusto and loves to introduce 'twists' where you least expect them. One of these days I'll buy a ticket to NYC and look forward to walking into his den to try all of his concoctions. Any proper restaurateur loves his wine and scratch has many exotic babies stashed in his climatic controlled cabinets... Great knowing you and long may it continue! Greetings to the long suffering wife ;-)

It is so lovely to get a glimpse of the life of this young creative chef. You've no doubt about his culinary experty just by looking at these photos, there's "Passion" written all over them. The new interpretation of some traditional food/dish, I find that so interesting. Thank you for a yummy site!
