I have been admiring Dan Beard's photographs for a long time. Years ago, when I was busy working, running a business and raising children, my camera sat gathering dust while I downloaded computer wallpaper from Webshots. There, I discovered Dan's beautiful photos of New York and New Jersey and immediately added him as a friend. After joining Flickr, I was delighted to find that Dan was also a member! Dan's cityscapes, scenics and interiors are masterful. He photographs the beauty of a setting with attention to detail and with a fine viewpoint. Dan has a flair for capturing an entire scene with visual interest and with affection for the subjects he chooses.
