Mature -1942 vintage lifelong T - lady always striving for the feminine style and elegance which I first discovered in the early 1950's as a would-be frock wearer like Linda Parker, my best friend and confident of eleven years of age.

The desire to dress in elegant fashionable female attire has been with me all my life. And i'm very happy about that.

I love women & all things femme. Not attracted to men, but always delighted & proud to receive & respond to any flattery from male admirers who appreciate the finer, femme things of life, including me !

Specifically love the fashions of the 1950's, corsetry, sheer nylon lacy slips, little black suits, slim pencil skirts, sheer fully fashioned nylons.

I collect &, of course, wear on a daily basis beautiful vintage corsetry & nylon lingerie, such as Rago, Berdita, Miss Elaine, Lucie Ann, Van Raalte & Charnos to name but a few of the classics.

Love carefully applied classic make-up to achieve as natural a look as possible & adore to style my hair ( wigs, i'm afraid, these days ) in styles as appropriate to the occasion.

Have been able to venture 'out' en-femme for last 15 years or so. Shopping in the West End of London, Selfridges is a particular favourite, with shoes from Magnus or Crispins.

Enjoy dining out alone en femme in the evening, preferring classical French & Italian restaurants. Carluccio's was a great favourite with it's so TV friendly waiters. Have been known to venture further afield to specialist TV clubs such as Wayout Club, but not of late

Was A Rapartee Rose for several years & was proud to have several photos published in Jo Ann Robert's excellent USA published 'LadyLike' TG magazine

My en femme outings & opportunities to indulge my femininity have been much restricted of late owing to complicated family circumstances, but am always looking for opportunities to get 'out & about' as the elegant late middle-aged woman hiding away within my more aged male exterior.

To sum up my attitude towards life & all that stuff...........

75 is the new 40 ...& they say life begins at 40, so bring it on !!!

Other interests include art, contemporary design & architecture, fashion design & photography.

I enjoy most good music, jazz, the classics, especially Beethoven& Wagner. I love to attend live opera when possible & have on only a few occasions managed to go to a few live concerts en femme, which is my idea of heaven !
