Let's see... I'm fifty-something and work in medical research. My joys are writing, photography, sewing, my husband, and my kids, though not necessarily in that order. I live in Baltimore, though I am from the Seattle area and Tucson. I'm always looking for friends.
My cameras included a Nikon D50 and two 4x5 film cameras - a CrownGraphic and a Shen-hao (the Shen-hao being a lovely gift from my wonderful husband).

Her macro photos, as well as her shots of "old places", are both powerful and haunting. She has the true gift of the Macro Photographer -- the ability to do more than "make something small look big" -- by immersing the viewer in the miniature landscape, so that a spider doesn't just look big, it looks terrifying...
