Israel was born in a small and unsignificant town in the former Soviet Union. he arrived to the Holy Land when he was 10 years old.

Israel obtained his B.A degree from "Bezalel, The Academy of art and design, Jerusalem" Currently, he is the Head of the Art Department at "Gravity, VFX and postproduction" in Tel Aviv.
