I'm a transplanted Scot, living on a sailboat on the Chesapeake Bay with my husband, Mike and dog, Lucy. Mike has been taking photos since before we met and bought a new camera, so I inherited his old one and here I am.

So, since i joined, my hub has gone to Iraq, as of April 2007. Continued with picture taking, if there's a lull in my postings, Mike has come home for a visit and I'm focused on other things. He is still posting pics on the site - his profile is Shakabrah.

Have learnt so much since my first pic in March 2007, got new lenses and gaining experience.

I'm so happy with my progress, but always strive for better. Taking a workshop or two in the new year and hope this'll make me better. Keep trying new stuff and stretching my limits....might be good, might be not so...feel free to comment.
