This Flickr account was hatched on Dec. 27, 2008.

I have a little bit of actual "training" behind me but that was a gazillion years ago. Nowadays I learn on the fly. Anyone with ideas, tricks, knowledge nuggets or anything else that might help me improve my technique are greatly encouraged to comment.

I bought my first SLR in August 2008 and it's going to take me some time to really grow into it and learn all the nooks and crannies. It's a journey I'm really looking forward to.

I also sell prints and other things (canvases, mugs, calendars, T-shirts and sweaters just to name a few) for prices that won't break your bank. If there's something you'd like to buy a hard copy of, mail me and we can work that out.
