Leicester based architect rg+p is one of the largest and most successful multi-disciplinary Architectural Design, Project Management and Quantity Surveying practices in the Midlands. We offer an unrivalled range of supporting professional services including Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment, HQI Assessment, Employer's Agent, Project Coordination, Partnering Facilitation and Party Wall Surveying.

rg+p began in 1979 as Galey and Associates and then in 1987 became Richard Galey and Partners. In the early years the client base was predominantly Housing Associations, a bond that has continued to the present day. In 1999 we became a private limited company with Bill Smedley as Managing Director and Rob Woolston and James Badley as Design Directors. In January 2004 Mitch Dale joined the practice to take over and develop the Quantity Surveying and Project Management Team.

Today rg+p stands for relationships, generation, added value and products which are pivotal elements to our business and form part of our vision statement. Based on Leicester’s prestigious New Walk, with good rail and road links, our location allows easy access to our clients in the Midlands and across the UK.
