Netil House is one of London's most dynamic creative communities. With 94 studios, we house small and start-up companies. We also house Netil 000, our 5000sqft warehouse space, hired for major events, music videos and films.

Our 50,000sqft office building is located near London Fields and Broadway Market in E8. Residents range from fashion labels, recording studios and photographers to video production companies and even acrobats. Our environment aims to inspire and support its residents and we're constantly working to improve our space.

We also have Netil Market, every Saturday which is fast becoming another outlet in East London for fresh talent.

We’re proud of the amazing transformation that our building has undergone. Netil House has been transformed from derelict building, vandalized and stripped of all valuables, to a large community of exciting creatives.
