Unbelievable. I know Alpine for quite some time now, and as long as I've known him I've admired his photography, his wicked sense of humour and of course the passion for a good adventure, so how come up until now I haven't put into words my thoughts about this talented guy?? So here it is. Indeed, Alpine (not his real name) is one of the most talented photographers on Flickr, specialising in mountain photography although on occasion I do find some wildlife shots in his vast photostream. But apart from being a brilliant photographer he is also a great explorer, writer and (I bet) a lovely chap to have a pint of beer with.
