At the risk of not having a "style" I like to photograph whatever I find interesting. I probably lean towards nature and rural subjects since that's what is around where I live. I also like travel, still life, and abstract photography. Although the bulk of my photographs are of common things or places, I try to compose shots to make it interesting to the viewer. I do a lot of color work but I tend to lean towards black and white imagery since I had a darkroom and developed my own B&W film when I was a teenager back in the 70's. After a little apprehension in the early days of digital, I eventually jumped all in. I am strictly digital now. I have won numerous awards for my black and white photography and have had my work published and shown at galleries.
