I am a watercolourist and much of my photography now is of natural subjects to use as subjects for my paintings. Large, closeup florals are my passion! I have also spent years as a fibre artist and quilter creating art quilts also mainly inspired by nature. I am passionate about creating . I started out with digital P&S, switched briefly to a Nikon D5300 last year and am VERY happy now with a Nikon D 7200. Eventually, when I am a big girl, I am sure that I shall graduate to an FX format . I have the Nikon 18-140 mm kit lens, a 35 mm f 1.8 prime lens, a 70-200 mm f4 and a 105mm f2.8 lens- all Nikon. i am working my way into all FX compatible lenses- aiming next for a good landscape lens. Am I having fun?? You betcha! Like second childhood:-)
