I am a 56 year young Christian male, who currently works with special needs teens in a unique center in the Central Texas area about an hour north of Austin. God and these kids have made me more aware of who I am in the last 2 years than in all the rest of my years combined. I am on the path that God has preordained for my life in spite of me and the many mistakes I have made. I love my family which also includes all my friends who God has richly blessed me with. I love being in the outdoors when it's not blazing hot. ;-) I love hiking, camping, whitewater rafting, and being in the mountains with nothing but the sounds of wind, water flowing and falling and nature. I like reading a good book, good food( both cooking and eating), a movie that makes me laugh and cry, sharing a good bottle of wine and board games with friends, deep and honest conversation, sharing Jesus with someone who hasn't met him yet and so many other things that if I continued here you would probably quit reading. Last but not least, I love Photography. It is one of my favorite gifts that God has given me passion and talent for, and one of my goals is to be able to use it for His glory.
