I have been in art since my youth and live by way of my paint brush. I have been one of the fortunate ones who have been able to do this for most of their working life .

I have never really seen photography as anything important except to garner resource shots for paintings.The photos themselves were just information I manipulated.

I have had some good film cameras over the years but when I got into digital photography with the C2100 UZ Olympus, there was a subte change. I began to see the possibility of using photography artistically. Since then I have puchased a series of cameras . I presently shoot the Nikon D800E

I live in an awesome area surrounded by beauty and getting out with my camera is becoming more and more of a blessing.
