Just a Transsexual girl searching for her seam to be herself full time, **sighs** there is always something.

Huggs Kristine

Hi, I am Kristine;

I am a married 47 y/o Transsexual M2F with kids. I am on my second wife who doesn't like Kristine but knows she exists. My wife is a wonderful woman with this exception.

I like sports and I golf, not well but I do try. I am a girl who believes in relationships tht are mutually respectful of the others feelings. I am focused on my gender Identity and not sex.

I have updated to female as my gender because I feel that I am indeed a woman. I know my innerself knows dam well that I am woman and waiting on tht day when I can go full time. And now I know it for sure!

07/08/08: Back in the spring my wife and I started counseling and insurance killed tht. But I did get the point tht my wife will not continue on with my journey @ some point. But I already knew that. I need a good way to get back to counseling.

05/12/09 Just an update, I spent the last 6 months in voice training and study for transgenders. It was gr8 and taught me a ton! I am very thankful to Dr, Russel and Emily. As far as family goes... No new developements, but still need to get back to gender counsel. Huggs to U all and thank you to my closest friends!

09/03/09 I now have uploaded some voice journals to my youtube! Be kind.. But U won't see my face because I left the lense cap closed because most are done, out of season...

04/14/10 I have gotten back into gender counseling after 2 years away. My therapist is more than convinced of who I am. My dear wife is torn apart by the reality of who I am and the fact that I need to start expressing myself more adequately. The writing on the wall is full of sad reality. I am broken hearted over her world crashing down. However, I also know that if I do not persue my truth I could crash more severely than I had back in Feb. I do not care to go back there! So colateral damage or not, I will need to start moving toward my reality. I am no longer a seasonal shaver! 365/yr for this girl!

1/10/11 To update, I have been in therapy for a year now, again... And the holidays were mellow. I feel like there was an unspoken moratorium on any TG talk between my wife and me. So the holiday season was smooth (relatively). I am looking to spring and summer as I believe that we will be selling our house to split up. By this time the children will know and start to be briefed on what is going on. Once this happens I will get my letter for HRT! Kids are 18, 19 and almost 20. Anyhow I LQQk forward to what life as the real me has to offer. And also to lend any help I can to the TG community.

June 2, 2011... Well things have slowed down considerably, and that my whole house up for sale thingy has been pushed back due to a return of DADT around here. Also trying to get my son to take responsibility for himself @ 20 years old. However, I am undaughted as I keep my eye on what my REAL life should be. check back as I am continually thinking forward

11/21/11 Here I am and another year has gone bye. Things didn't quite work out the way I had hoped. It seems as if there is always something. Sept saw another speech disruption for a few weeks. Ahhhh stress is such a wonderful thing! However, I look to the near future for changes. I have secured living quarters and now just need to get through the holidays here at home. Not a minute goes bye that I don't sigh and think what the heck am I still doing here? Still at home? And then I realize I just need to let go of that safety line and take the plunge. So come Jan 1 2012 I resolve to make that diclosure and start to move on. I hope everyone has a warm and safe Holiday Season. Kristine >^_^<

July 17, 2012.. I moved out and on my own. It was as bitter sweet as anyone could imagine. I love my wife to the ends of the earth, however not being myself on a much needed basis was all i could handle. In fact I couldn't handle it. So now out of a wonderful home to an undesireable area of town tht has actually turned out to be quite accepting of me and my lifestyle, tht of a transgender woman with one foot still stuck in her male side of life, and the other moving ahead with a slow transition. I was surprised and very happy with my neighborhood. Like I said however, it is a double edged sword and at the same time so sad with how sad my wife is. We still see each other a couple times a week, butI have to flip flop to do this as she cannot bear to see the real me. She would like to hang out till my body really starts changing from hormones ect...

Jan 1, 2013.. As the holidays are now behind us, I have found tht this was a season of many firsts. In my family alone, we lost three members,. So new traditions have been born. Also the first holiday season living on my own and not with my wife have proved to be a bit lonely. However I am quite fortunate that I have many friends and my immediate family to lean on. I wasn't totally down, but having support is paramount, especially at this time of the year. Many ppl go down dark paths, and not just because of gender issues. So I am thrilled to report that I survivedd okay. And tht I am LQQking forward to 2013 in a huge way! My first shot is on the way in mid Jan!

Feb 2, 2013 I started HRT! What a gas! It was an amazing feeling to finally start HRT.

Jan 15, 2014... Another holiday season has come and gone. Yes I am still married but estranged. We see each other once or twice a week still. But it is strictly friendship. We care a great deal, but as I change she can see it and it is only a matter of time before she pulls the plug on visiting with each other. 2013 turned out to be an amazing year with hormones doing their thing much sooner than I expected. I now have a bum, and hips, something I have not ever had no matter how much I weighed lol. I am also sporting a solid "B"! My hair reaches down below my shoulder line and the bod is a changing! I am more than happy with the results. Again I cannot thank my friends enough as they have proven to be a great portion of support through my very slow transition. I still have retained my job, and I am aware that it is common knowledge that I am changing and that I am Trans. So far no backlash, at least that I can see of hear. Quite the contrary from my working mates. Okay that is all for now! lol Check back any time!
