Just a car guy / gearhead addict.

My photos are mostly of cars & car events, with some hiking & camping trip pics.

I take pics mostly to preserve a memory.

If I see a car, or some part of it, that I really appreciate, a picture allows me to see it again, even as my actual memory of the details may have faded or distorted it in some way.

Always working on some car project, it seems. Often some maintenance & now beginning a "minor" rebuild project on one of my old cars [which will magically "grow" into some major, continuous project].

I take many views of work that I am doing, although most of those are put into Flikr albums. they are primarily to help me with reassembly, or to show a "Before and After" perspective of the project I have been working on.
