Just a happy snapper who loves being out and about with a camera. Worked in a camera shop in the 80's, got myself a s/h Nikon FM and the addiction started. With out of date (half price) ektachrome and then velvia my passion developed, I was a member of a local camera club for 25 years until the images changed from "yards on the wall" to "inches on paper". It was after i was given a D40x as a present from my wife, and my daughter got me a Flickr membership for fathers day (and every year since), that my addiction returned.
