I am 33 years old and at the early stages of photography. I am employed by Crosby Employment Bureau as Senior Mentor for a project called Empower, which is a new intuitive aimed at addressing the barriers offenders/ex-offenders face with regards to employment. These barriers are such things as homelessness, substance misuse, domestic issues, lack of skills/education, motivation, etc, and especially employer discrimination, which needs addressing for the betterment of society.
