I'd say I'm a wannabe entrepreneur, well-rounded individual, free thinker, and of course baking enthusiast. I was born in Milton Keynes, England (hence the love for Bakewell tarts and Cornish pasties). Currently I live in Vancouver, Canada. I've been baking and cooking ever since I was allowed to be in the kitchen when the stove was on. Besides from baking, my other interests include music, travelling, and go karting.
