SIMPLE HOW TO GUIDE:

Download an application form from the intranet or collect from reception.

 

Take your photos

 

- For safety and security reasons, make arrangements with your line manager or supervisor if you work ‘outside’ and you wish to take photographs while at work.

 

- Tours are being offered for staff who do not work out on the terminal or quay, and for relatives. They will be taken to key vantages points around the quay and landside.

 

- There will be a limited number of tour places which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. These will be advertised on the intranet and on noticeboards shortly.

 

- Relatives must be over 16 to attend terminal tours. If under 18, they must be accompanied by their DP World Southampton staff relative.

 

Choose which category or categories to enter*

 

You can enter photos to illustrate:

 

1. the overall mission and vision of DP World Southampton, or

2. any of the 11 individual DP World Southampton value statements, or

3. life at DP World Southampton in general.

 

See the next page for a full outline of these categories.

 

*Maximum of five photos per category.

*If a photo is not submitted into a category, they will allocate into the most appropriate category.

 

Submit your photos

 

Save your photos.

 

In the filename, please include your initial, surname, category and number of photo (if more than one submitted in that category): e.g. Jsmith_value5_photo2

 

Submit photos using one of the following three methods:

a. Upload to Flickr (See ‘How to use Flickr’ guide)

b. Email to marketing and comms: dpws_marcomms@yahoo.com

c. Put on a memory stick/CD and give to marketing and communications
