If you wonder why my nick is Yoshi-chan, it's because I love video games. Yoshi from Nintendo is the cutest one ever, and in Norwegian internet borads I've been called Yoshi for a long time. But in Japan, Yoshi is a boy's name. The suffix -chan is usually set behind a girls name, so I'm just trying to avoid confusion.
