I want to become a decent amateur photographer. I have loved it since I was young. I am still learning always seeking to improve my skills. I have upgraded from my Nikon D5200 DSLR to the Nikon D5600. Still learning as I have for the past several years and probably will until I leave this world. During the pandemic, I didn't get out much but I am trying to get out now and enjoy nature. I dearly love bluebonnets and other wildflowers of Texas. They make me very happy. I have taken some camera courses online and need to finish some with David Molnar. I want to get proficient in the "manual" settings. I welcome any suggestions or critiques on my photos. I am still a "newbie" with photo editing software but I am trying. I will be 73 this year and you really "can teach an old dog new tricks!" I don't have enough time to really work on my shots, even though I am retired. Not sure where the time goes.
I am just an amateur with a love for photography and beautiful things. I love to travel and travel as much as my funds allow.
I love flowers, dogs and animals and have three miniature schnauzers that share my home with my husband and me. They are the subject of many shots.
I have moved back to Arizona to be with my people. Thanks for stopping by. I hope to get out there and start shooting again, after I get unpacked and settled in.
