My main interests are UK transport, especially railways / buses in 1970s-1980s.

My own photographs, dating from 1987 onwards, are in my Trains album, a selection of which is shown in the Showcase below.

Much of my Photostream consists of original 35mm slides that I have purchased and scanned, represented by my Most Popular Photos below. I focus on the north-east of England and Yorkshire.

I always include all available information, and welcome any helpful corrections / comments / information.

Note, however, that I decline most invitations for my images to be added to groups, especially if the scope of the group is too broad, for example, groups for any form of transport, or trains from around the world, etc.

By the way, if your Photostream is a showcase of artistic photography (of people, street scenes, architecture, landscapes, etc) and you make a habit of following people temporarily to get them to reciprocate, before unfollowing them a few days later, it won't work with me. I look at the Photostreams of all who follow me, and only follow them back if their material is of interest to me (see above) – that doesn’t include artistic photography. Repeatedly adding favourites that are clearly unrelated to your photographic interests before deleting them after a few days is another similar attention-seeking practice I've noticed from the same sorts of people, and will result in you being blocked.
