Taking Photos since the beginning of the 1990s. In the beginning it was all about documenting the last real working steam locomotives in the world. Traveling through eastern Europe brought much more to me than only tons of slides. Beginning of the 21st century with the unrecoverable end of real steam all around the world, I abandoned my camera for more than 10 years. Finally, with the development of digital Photography I discovered my old hobby once again.

Still my favourite motifs are mostly technical and landscape - including a development in Lightroom and Photoshop. My target is to express the things I see within the pictures including the emotional side. But as I like to learn working with PS some of the pictures shown here are just to document a technique I just learned.
