Let me introduce myself, my name is Sharon, I was born in Perth, Western Australia, now living in Darwin, Top End of Australia which I call home.

A very close friend encouraged me to do a course at Charles Darwin University back in 2010, part of that course was Photography. My port-folio consisted of photos taken from a Canon Powershot A430 4mp camera, which I still have. I also have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FT10, which I absolutely love the true to life colour from this amazing point and shoot camera. I have now upgraded to a Sony a3000 which has given me the opportunity to reach a new level in my photography. I borrow from time to time my husbands Sony a6000 which has a faster fps, great for birds in flight (which I am yet to conquer).

Anyway to cut a long story short, with my husband Kevin I’m able to bring this new and exciting world of photography where I can express, explore and share with YOU a vision through the lens.

A huge thank you goes out to all my Flickr groups for making me welcome. My contacts for sharing the same passion and welcoming me into your world of photography and the many friends I have made over the years.
