I graduated as a Professional Photographer from Brisbane College of Photography & Art (BCPA) at the end of 2012.

I have always had an interest in all aspects of colours, the beauty and wilderness of nature which I feel developed from my early teens when on a small fishing boat. I traveled through the Gulf of Thailand and the South China Sea, for the first time in my life I felt grown up and very mature and had deep thoughts of my surrounds, in the middle of the sea and were seeking out for a light of the Lighthouse for land…

I watched the Sunrise and Sunset and have never forgotten those images and have always wanted to recapture those scenes. I have always carried some form of a camera with me everywhere I go and have dreamt I could be a purple seascape photographer one day, so I decided to take up serious photography.

I purchased my first DSLR camera in mid 2011 and researched photography. I then attended a couple of photography workshops (Andrew was my first real photography & learn how to use my brand new DSLR Nikon D5100) and took up 1 year full time study at a private college of photography at BCPA and put my learning to practice and more practice at every opportunity...

I see the world around us as nature engulfing us with forever interesting things to see, and moments that can only last through the images we captured…

I love photography and what it meant to be alive in the magic hours of the day, the vibrant velvet purple and golden warm colours filled the entire sky and for what seemed like hours, I always feel peace, and in true harmony with Mother Nature.
