I would like to make an appeal to the authors that upload pictures of Collembola to join our geotagging project.

It is easy. Only 2 steps are involved:

1. provide the tag 'Collembola' to each Collembola picture

2. open Organize (in the Flickr top toolbar), then Map, zoom in to your location and drag and drop your picture(s).

This will produce a world wide distribution map of all uploaded Collembola pictures in due time.

Navigate and zoom in at the map to your location. Enter search item 'Collembola' and then hit Go to search the map.

Secondly, I would also like to invite authors that upload pictures of Collembola to contribute these pictures as illustrations of our website www.collembola.org
