I’m a big fan of arts since I was 8. As a youngster, I made a scrapbook of artists making exhibitions from newspapers and magazines. During my 4th grade, and I remember it very well, my teacher invited me to join a local art competition as a replacement because my schoolmate is sick, and she told me that she saw me before doing sketches of landscapes and buildings and asked me if I could give it a try. I finished 4th out of 10 students and started competing ever since. During high school, I was awarded ‘artist of the year’ 2 times (third and fourth year). I also got involved in youth outreach programs which involves creating posters such for the environment and campaign against drugs to name a few. When I’m entering college, I decided not to pursue my dream as an artist because of financial difficulties, I took a business administration course instead, and I finished it on 2003. Then in 2010, I participate a campaign on my workplace regarding infection control which I created an A0 poster. The artwork has also a big influence for me to start doing what I love to do when I was young and that is to draw.
