I've been involved in photography as a hobbyist for many years. I did end up working in high precision photography in the electronics industry . This led to doing most of the photography on site, and introducing digital photography to the firm. With the costs and advances in laser writing we stopped making high precision plates and I had to re-train and became a printed circuit board layout engineer. I kept doing most of the in house photography, and kept up the hobby outside of work. I am now fully retired and do even more photography than when I was working :-)
