Hello, I'm Phil, and I am a Photographer.

I have always loved photography. My Grandfather was a Dakota Territory Homesteader in the Early 1900s (1910) and took many photos of the period on the Great Plains with his Kodak Land Camera. He developed his own negatives, of which I have many. I also, still have his working camera and have taken pictures with it. My father always had his camera at the ready. So, it would only be natural for me to be very interested in photography. My first real camera was a Canon FTb (1976) which is in working order and I have recently used. I currently have a Canon EOS Rebel T2i. I have hardly scratched the surface in knowing all the possibilities of the T2i Capabilities. My three children are all interested in Photography. My two daughters have degrees in Visual Communications (Graphic Design) from Heron School of Art (IUPUI - Indiana University). Considering the ease of photography with the digital world, stay tuned for the three of them. I am an artist, and love the instantaneous gratification of digital photography. I have painted many paintings in my past and may return to that medium. With my newfound freedom, the possibilities are endless.
