Having a restless mind, I find that taking photos of hummingbirds, insects, any type of nature shots and my three cats puts me in a completely calm place. Practicing photography (and to me it's constantly practicing!) has taught me to see the beauty in nature as well as simple every day things. In 2012, my husband surprised me with a Canon Rebel T3i camera along with its kit lenses. Since that time, I have slowly added to my lens collection and, until I purchase a full-frame camera, I will keep adding really great glass!
