Papa Nick's was started in the early 1980's by Papa Nick and his two sons George & Manny with the concept of serving traditional Italian recipes. The first restaurant opened on Beneva which has since moved to Fruitville Road and is owned by Manny's brother George.

Manny opened up in Ellenton approximately 15 years ago and then 3 years ago in Sarasota, on the corner of Lockwood Ridge & Tallevast.

Throughout the years the focus has remained the same, to provide great traditional Italian food in a friendly & inviting environment with great service.
