I grew up in the company of trees... a pagan heart in a modern world... searching for answers I may never find. I'm a writer and a poet... I like Sci~fi, Fantasy fiction, Horror... anything supernatural and love visiting places of old.

I've loved taking photo's since I was a child, though with the cost of film & developing could never afford to get into it all that much. Then a few years ago a good friend gave me a Canon A40 Digital camera & I found before long my hard drive was full of photo's... but what to do with them?

That's where sites like this come in... excellent site... thank you UF for bringing my love of photography back to light.

I'm still only a beginner though.. and trying to get to grips with digital editing programs. At the moment I'm using Ulead Photo Impact 5 & I'm learning the art of Photo Shop. Will appreciate any comments & advice you can give.

I love taking pictures.. the world is full of beauty.. & some moments are worth treasuring forever.
