Just a rank amateur with too little time to devote to photography. Mostly photographs of my children's activities and their portraits.

At school I was part of the camera club and did a bit of B&W photography with my Uncle's Pentax Spotmatic. We learnt to process our own negatives and prints.

I later got an EOS 650 film camera with an EF 35-135mm lens.

In 2020, shooting mostly with a Canon EOS 60D and occasionally with a Canon EOS 20D. On a strict budget so glass only extends to an EF-S 110-18mm, EF-S 18-200mm, EF-S 18-55mm and an EF 50mm F1.4 lens.

In 2022, upgraded to a Canon EOS 80D and an EF-S 18-135mm Lens. :-)

I've also become our family's archivist so I've been scanning my parent's and parents-in-law's photo collections and making them available online so that long lost friends and relatives can be identified by other friends and relatives.
