Hello fellow photographers. I have been an enthusiast since I was 14 (1964) learning the joys of photography on my father's Yashicaflex twin lens reflex shooting B&W using a manual meter.

In the 1980’s as a young California Central Coast carpenter, I bought a Pentax ME Super film camera with a 35-70mm zoom lens and kept it on the seat of my pickup truck, ready for any photo op that presented itself.

I am now (2025) retired after a 30 year career as a physical therapist and for the last 5 years have not been very active on Flickr. I recently sold most of my Nikon gear and have transitioned to a classic 10 year old Fuji Film X-T1 camera purchased used from Japan with only 66 shutter actuations. I’m now building up a collection of Fuji prime lenses (all used from eBay). Thanks for visiting my photostream, now done purely for the enjoyment of using this delightful little classic Fuji camera and its fun lenses.

I am not selling my Nikon D700 camera body, considered by many to be an iconic Nikon classic as well. It will provide pleasure and serve me well as older, Nikon classic prime lenses show up on eBay.
