POUR LES AMOUREUX DE LA VIE, DE NOTRE BELLE NATURE, ET DE NOTRE MAGNIFIQUE PLANÈTE BLEUE

 

Nous sommes la Terre, par les plantes et les animaux qui nous donnent notre nourriture.

 

Nous sommes les pluies et les océans qui coulent dans nos veines.

 

Nous sommes le souffle des forêts et les plantes de la mer.

 

Nous sommes des animaux-humains, reliés à toute vie, descendants de la cellule primordiale.

 

Nous partageons l'histoire de cette famille des vivants, inscrite dans nos gènes.

 

Nous partageons le présent, qui mine l'incertitude. Nous partageons l'avenir, qui reste à inventer.

 

Nous ne sommes qu'une espèce parmi les trente millions qui tissent ce mince voile de vie enveloppant la planète.

 

La stabilité des communautés vivantes dépend de cette diversité.

 

Nous sommes les maillons des cette chaîne, consommant, purifiant, partageant

 

et renouvelant les éléments fondamentaux de la vie.

 

Notre demeure, la planète Terre, ne peut fournir des ressources infinies, toute vie partage

 

les richesses de la Terre et l'énergie du Soleil et ne peut donc connaître une croissance illimitée.

 

Pour la première fois, nous avons atteint les limites de cette croissance.

 

Quand nous mettons en péril l'air, l'eau, le sol et la diversité de la vie,

 

nous volons l'infini à l'avenir pour satisfaire un présent éphémère.

and so few people to contemplate??

     

MESSENGERS OF NATURECE WE KNOW

 

FOR LOVERS OF LIFE, OUR BEAUTIFUL NATURE AND OUR BEAUTIFUL BLUE PLANET

 

We are the earth by plants and animals that give us our food.

 

We are the rains and the oceans that flow through our veins.

 

We are the breath of the forests and plants of the sea

 

We are animals, humans, connected to all life, descendants of the primordial cell.

 

We share the history of this family living in our genes.

 

We share this, which undermines the uncertainty. We share the future, yet to be invented.

 

We are one species among the thirty million who weave the thin veil of life enveloping the planet.

 

The stability of living communities depends on this diversity.

 

We are the links of this chain, eating, cleansing, sharing

 

and reiterating the basics of life.

 

Our home, planet Earth, can provide infinite resources, all life shares

 

the riches of the earth and the sun's energy and can not grow indefinitely.

 

For the first time we have reached the limits of growth.

 

When we compromise the air, water, soil and the diversity of life,

 

we fly to infinity in the future to meet an ephemeral present.
