H.P. Trooper is a pseudonym used to facilitate on-line hosting by the webmaster of the 62nd. Highway Patrol (MP) Association. The webmaster is a former member of the 62nd. HP, which was a very unique organizational element of the U.S. Army in Europe (Germany) during the years 1948 – 1958.
