K Kay became one of my early contacts shortly after I started posting on Flickr. I recall viewing her photo stream for the first time. Fascinating work! And then, the photo of she and her son scrolled up on the page. This remains in my memory one of the most emotionally captivating images I have ever seen. When I think of her, that’s what I see. Appropriately, it is her buddy icon. A signature of her loving character I believe. K Kay’s range of photographic ability is as broad and as evoking. I enjoy her visual expressions and admire her ability to convey the most interesting view of a subject. If life is art, she’s a very lively one! Beyond her wonderful art she is most importantly a great person, a great mother, a great contact, and a great friend. Adored!

K Kay consistently shows through her pictures that she is indeed a creative talent in this challenging medium. The diversity of her photos and her talent for capturing interesting subjects to showcase is truly outstanding. Her enthusiasm for photography is very catching, and I for one thank her for giving me the fever to follow her footsteps. She genuinely has a gift for photgraphy which she is not shy or reluctant to share with anyone. Moreover, the accolades she recieves for her work serve as their own testament. I am truly grateful for all the positive advice, encouragement and support she has provided me in finding my way through the joy of photography over the past year.
