Can't help buying and trying new (to me) cameras - currently have assorted half frame, full frame, medium and large format, digital and smart phone. For convenience I use a Nikon D80 or D300, but for fun, I use anything from a Pen EE to a Bronica ETR . As a long term Nikon user, I do seem to have an awful lot of Olympus product about the place, starting with 12 (yes 12..... why do I need that many!) Olympus Trips!

As for pictures, is there anything I won't photograph? Not really, although I won't do anything that makes people look stupid or suffering. As you will see from my icon photo (Which I am reluctant to change - please) I do silly quite well, so I think that is OK to photograph in myself and others, but stupid, no, I don't feel comfortable doing that, or portraying people being hurt. Otherwise there isn't much I won't try.

And in case you hadn't noticed - I like cats! Oh, and old cars too!!

For those who notice or care - I have taken "Deleting auto tags" from my screen name. The auto tagging robot is doing a far better job of making Flickr look stupid than my efforts to prevent that could ever achieve, so I am letting it carry on with the stupidising of Flickr (is stupidising a word?)

PS - I gave up on that. Life's too short to worry about a robot
