I live on the East Coast of Australia, not far from Sydney, near a river, several bays and the Pacific ocean with its wonderful beaches.

During 2011, I began taking photos with my husband's old Canon IXUS 750. I had lots of fun with it until, at the end of 2011, I started using his Canon 550D when he upgraded to a Canon 7D. I'm still learning and enjoying seeing the world in a new and different way. My observation skills have increased quite remarkably since I began taking photos.

I enjoy photographing landscapes, beach scenes, flowers, animals, unusual objects. lamps, chimneys, country scenes, old houses and basically anything that captures my attention. I'm a lover of Arabian horses, Whippets and Siamese cats.
