Photography is my escape. I love the time that I spend searching for something that speaks to me. This is a fabulous hobby... and that is ALL that it is for me. If I am able to make you smile, laugh or occasionally look at something from my point of view, it brings me great joy. I have been taking photographs for oodles of years and I have many that I will share throughout my photostream from different time periods. I have several cameras and each one works it's magic for ME when I dust it off and use it. This entire process is special for me... from choosing my camera to deciding what locations I will visit on a particular day. The choices are what excite me so much because they are endless.

I have had the opportunity to visit many of your photostreams and I am very impressed with your skills and your talent. I hope that I am able to gain knowledge every day as I learn from each of you.

All that I ask of you when visiting here is your respect. If you would like to discuss the state of the universe, or the fact that your car was totaled, I will be happy to listen to whatever you have to say when you Flickrmail me. I truly enjoy a good give-and-take in my comment section... preferably regarding MY photograph. I stand by my word to offer you the same courtesy in your photostream. Whatever you prefer to discuss there, I will rise to the challenge. In MY photostream... ANY type of drama... I can live without. Same with negativity. I refuse to participate. If I were interested in intrigue; jealousies; pettiness; and/or backstabbing and those types of behaviors, I would simply shut off my computer and return to my real life.

I will visit those contacts that visit me. If you have any problem with that arrangement I am sorry but that is how I intend to handle MY account. If you do not visit me for a period of time... or if you prefer to visit my older photographs instead of my newer postings, I will respond in the same manner. Quid Pro Quo... or Tit-For-Tat... take your pick. For me this is all about sharing... EQUALLY.
