When I first started this photostream I realised that it was amazing how much of the local scene had disappeared, both buildings and transport. So, I decided to try and record as much as I could that appeared to be in danger of being lost as well as that that had been preserved.

There is an emphasis on the Black Country area, where I live, and the Welsh Marches, where I also spend a lot of time, but I normally carry a compact point and shoot camera with me, so you may find anything here.
