A Note from Bill

We make all our sauces from scratch; nothing frozen or prepackaged. We use only fresh ground beef for our burgers. We buy the highest quality chicken available. Our soups and chili are homemade. At Bill Bateman's Bistro we promise friendly and courteous service at reasonable prices. If, for any reason we fail to live up to this promise, please don't tell anyone.
