Factual Documentary : Synopsis

A legendary retired performing eccentric is forced to clear his yard by the local council. As Jake Mangle -Wurzel throws away his memories and unvalued inventions from the past we find out how he became this oddity.

Throughout the documentary Jake is neurotic, poetic and sometimes dark. As the months go on the question is will Jake clear his land? If Jake fails he will be denied access to the land he has resided on for over thirty years.

This is an in-depth insight in to the mind of the “Great British Eccentric”. During the documentary the audience will untangle the mysteries of his obsessive-compulsive behavior and obscure life style. The struggle to let go of his sentimental objects, the death of his canine and a bewildering house fire, Jakes life goes from bad to worse. What will his future hold?
