Part of what makes photography wonderful is that it captures a moment forever and it remains unchanged despite what happens in the world around it. This thought crosses my mind every so often when I see a photo that moves me. I hope some of my photographs evoke this feeling from time to time.

I often feel lucky when I capture a nice photo. I feel grateful to God, Mother Nature, Buddha, the Tao, what ever, for putting beauty around us and for allowing me to see it. I also feel grateful that I didn’t mess up the shot :-)
