Drag to set position!
I am a passionately curious person whose aim is far-away from being intelligent but wise.
For me curiosity is the fuel for life, the evolution trigger. I believe curiosity is at the basis of human evolution. It helped our ancestors to survive in the savannah making them develop further as they conquered new territories and it definitely helps PR practitioners keep abreast with the ongoing online developments.
The wide range of online and offline information we have at our disposal can easily transform us into intelligent individuals. Yet, wisdom is beyong being intelligent. Wisdom is about resonating with humanity, with our online and offline multicultural environment helping us to effectively communicate not only in different languages but also in different cultures.
Additionally, if we consider creativity to be a sine qua non of the PR industry, then I strongly believe we should travel more. Travelling not only helps us relax but it also opens new perspectives on the same mundane thinking. It adds to communication a multicultural dimension. As social media has led to a shrunk world and space, thinking from multiple perspectives, being culturally savvy should be a must for each PR practitioner.
I believe the Latin quote, “Knosce te ipsum” (Know Yourself). Knowing ourselves helps us walk on a lightened path, keeping us away from the dark. People who walk in the dark do not know where they go-if they are going forwards, backwards or in circles. People who know their limits are also more likely to know their strengths. As they know where they should improve they grow more from one day to another . Knowing yourself is about pushing boundaries even further, going out of your comfort zone.
Overall, I am enamoured of social media, and am a curious person who believes that travel helps towards understanding people from various cultures. I am a person who is in constant competition with herself because I believe we should never let a day pass without being better than the previous day.
My aim is not to only suceed but to be ahead of my times, to excel beyond expectations.
