Capn Madd Matt is just one of the best people you could ever know or have as a friend. I am proud of the fact that I had a little something to do with getting Matt interested in photography again. We have known each other for 30 years and started taking photos near the beginning of our friendship. Recently Matt was using a Sony Cybershot to express the same imagination and creativity that I remember from 28 years ago. Now that he has upgraded to a Nikon D70s, limitations have been removed and he has already started showing examples of brillance. Watching him grow and seeing his great captures inspires me to get better as well. He is a special man, friend, and talent. I can't wait to see the images to come as Matt unlocks the power of his new camera and matches it up with his own special skills of observation and composition. In addition, given the Capn's huge sense of humor, I am positive there will be a few more hearty laughs inspired by his photostream.
