I absolutely love to bake. Some people go to the gym, some have a glass of wine to relax, me, i bake. It's a hobby not a business. It does become very challenging as I am also a mother of 2 kids, a working mother of 2 kids! But I always find time to bake. It could be 1am or some ungodly hour, but who cares...the end product is always satisfying!
