I'm a professional astronomer who lives and works in Perth Australia. Before then I lived in St Andrews for 3 years, and spent 7 years in Bristol in various forms of study. In between stressing over work I cycle and take photographs (and read the Guardian), this combination works well for getting a range of pictures :-)

I have now relocated to Perth in Australia with my wife, so I am looking forward to a new world of photography that is opening up to me.
